Justin Rich has served as the Head Football Coach at The Classical Academy High School since 2017. During that time, the Titans have reached the postseason in all but one year and have consistently competed at the highest levels of Colorado high school football, earning a state championship, a state runner‑up finish, multiple semifinal and quarterfinal appearances, and five league titles.
He is the winningest football coach in TCA history and has been recognized by CHSAA, the Denver Broncos, and local media for his leadership and the program’s success. Before joining TCA as an assistant in 2015, Coach Rich coached at Colorado State University–Pueblo, Augustana College (IL), Ithaca College (NY), and Watertown High School (NY), he also served as Head Coach at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs.
Coach Rich and his wife, Kirstin, have been married for more than 20 years and have two children, Clayton and Chance Lynn, who both attend TCA. Before entering coaching, he served as an Army Aviation Officer in the Air Cavalry with the 10th Mountain Division, deploying to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
