2025 HS Winter Sports Registration for Men's and Women's Basketball and Men's Wrestling is open and will close on November 10th.


2025 JH Boys' Basketball Registration will open on Oct. 27th and close on Nov. 24th.

Registration Process for Traditional TCA HS & JH Students

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2025-2026 school year.

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes uploading their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration.

Please follow these steps:

Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).

Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

  • If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060.

Complete your athletic registration:

  • Select the Athletic Registration program from the registration site. Please make sure you select the correct program for your student (i.e. Junior High or High School).
  • Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.
  • If you need assistance with your online registration, please reach out to Arbiter Registration Support at 800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com.

PAYMENT:  TCA utilizes Infinite Campus to process sports fees along with school fees. There will be a 3 1/2 % merchant fee added to all fees (i.e., $100 fee will have $3.50 added). Since the inception of online fee payments, TCA has absorbed the cost of the merchant fees to promote parent participation in online payments. Going forward with the new payment provider, TCA will no longer be able to cover the cost of these merchant fees. This is a district level application; TCA cannot opt out of this process and must follow what District 20 has implemented.

Registration Process for HS & JH CP Students

  1. Complete the D20 Request for Participation Form in Infinite Campus. Assignments will be made 60 and 14 days before the official start of each sport. Please follow the directions below:
    • Log in to Infinite Campus

    • Navigate to More > Online Registration > Athletics/Activities Registration

    • Select 'Start'

      • If you have multiple students attending D20 schools, fill out the athletics/activities registration for all your students before submitting.

      • Select 'No' to the question “Is this enrollment for a student to participate in Sports/Activities only? No Academics” for students who are not signing up for athletics/activities.

  2. Once you have been assigned to TCA, you will need to complete the athletic registration process (see instructions above).
  3. CP students will need to upload a physical, a CP Eligibility From (must be signed by Pam Steiner and student must have at least 2.5 Carnegie units, and their D20 assignment letter during online registration.

Please Note: CP students must pay all sports fees through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  Please call TCA Finance (719-488-6237) for assistance. 

*If your family already HAS an account*

  • Visit the registration page.
  • Go to your family account and choose your student
  • Click on "Registration History"
  • Click on "Register" and choose your student
  • Update any information that has changed, including your new sport, pay the sports fee through Infinite Campus, and submit.

Physical Information

DON'T WAIT TO GET YOUR PHYSICAL DONE!!!    
CHSAA physical forms can be found in the upper right corner of this webpage.
**Sports physicals can only be completed and signed by an eligible physician per CHSAA rule: MD, DO, NP, PA, Sports Physical Certified Chiropractor (SPC# included).” **

  1. ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON YOU ARE PLAYING.  IF A PHYSICAL WILL EXPIRE DURING THE SEASON, IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

  2. Before uploading your physical when registering, make sure your physician has signed and dated the form along with parent & student signatures.

Sports Fees

Certain student fees may be reduced or waived for students eligible for free or reduced-price meals under the National School Lunch Program.

All sports fees will be uploaded into the student's Infinite Campus account. For HS students, these fees must be paid prior to the first official day of practice. For JH students, these fees must be paid by the first athletic contest.
