Registration Process for Traditional TCA HS & JH Students
If your student has NOT already participated in a sport this year:
You will create just one account and then register each student from there.
- ACCOUNTS: You can now register JH and HS athletes under the same account!
- PHYSICALS: When you upload your physical, include all pages. Scan as one document to upload!
- PAYMENT: TCA utilizes Infinite Campus to process sports fees along with school fees. There will be a 3 1/2 % merchant fee added to all fees (i.e., $100 fee will have $3.50 added). Since the inception of online fee payments, TCA has absorbed the cost of the merchant fees to promote parent participation in online payments. Going forward with the new payment provider, TCA will no longer be able to cover the cost of these merchant fees. This is a district level application; TCA cannot opt out of this process and must follow what District 20 has implemented.
