TCA Records

Students in 11th and 12th grade should use Naviance to request any official transcripts and contact your College Advising team with questions.  Unofficial transcripts for all students can be accessed through the parent or student portals.

For College Pathways students, both CP and PPSC grades will appear on your official CP transcript. However, you may need to request a separate transcript from PPSC. Instructions for this process are available in your PPSC portal.

Transcript Requests (For Former Students and Alumni)
Need a copy of your transcript?  Select Unofficial Copy
Need a copy sent to a college or employer?  Select Official Copy

Parents must complete this form for students ages 17 or under. Students/alumni 18 years of age and older must complete their own requests.

• Transcripts include: work in-progress (if applicable), weighted GPA, and diploma status.
• Transcripts do not include: class rank, AP scores or ACT/SAT scores. Contact College Board or ACT as applicable.
