School- and Team-Specific Fundraising

TCA High School has a bounty of activities and opportunities for students and families.

• Athletics and Activities are supported by Titan Club and individual group fundraisers. (See the section directly below.)
• Funds raised through TCA dance ticket sales go with the sponsoring class all the way through high school to help fund an incredible senior year while reducing the cost to families. 

Here are a few additional opportunities to support specific endeavors at TCA High School:

Casual for a Cause

Several times throughout the school year, students have the opportunity to pay $5 and go casual for the school day, indulging in their favorite blue jeans, sweats, and comfy shoes. These special days support...

• Wreaths Across America
• TCA Academic Clubs such as Knowledge Bowl, the National Honor Society, and the Junior Classical League
• Other causes as announced by the Principal and Student Council. 

Staff Appreciation

Student Council sponsors three to four staff appreciation lunches throughout the year. These thoughtful lunches and the smiling faces who serve them are a real lift for our teachers and administrators. Contribute to Staff Appreciation Meals >>

TCA Supports all athletic teams and CHSAA activities through a single booster club, The Titan Club. Titan Club Family Memberships and Corporate Sponsorships provide funding to take our teams and activities to the next level, and they provide significant benefits for TCA families and their businesses.

In addition, individual teams and activities sometimes fundraise to underwrite expenses and avoid passing costs to participants' families. Teams are encouraged to plan activities that build relationships and offer service to our community. Likewise, they are encouraged not to sell "stuff" or to make TCA families feel pressured to give.

Junior Titans Sports Camps

Offered primarily in the summer, but occasionally during the school year, many of our high school teams and activities run camps for elementary and junior high Titans. These camps focus on skill development as well as fostering character growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship. They also give high school athletes a unique opportunity to mentor and set an example for younger students, giving meaning to their growth as exemplary citizens.

Spirit Wear Sales

Many teams will open a temporary online store to sell sport-specific gear to help you cheer on the Titans. Watch your team-specific communications for information. You can also order customized Titans Gear through the BSN Online School Store year-round. 

King Soopers Community Rewards

This is a set-it-and-forget it way to support TCA College Pathways, and it's one of TCA's most effective fundraisers. Every dollar you spend at King Soopers results in a percentage earned for TCA.

TCA Junior High's expenses are largely covered through the regular school budget and through the normal fee schedule. However, there are a few specific needs at TCA Junior High to which donors can contribute:

Sources Of Strength

This student-led mental health initiative provides encouragement, resources, and support for the junior high years!

8th Grade Mountain Lab

A highlight of TCA Junior High is the overnight Mountain Lab experience at the beginning of 8th grade. Donors can contribute to make Mountain Lab possible for students who are not able to afford the cost. 

Donate to Sources of Strength or Mountain Lab by choosing TCA Junior High on the Designated Giving Form and noting Sources of Strength or Mountain Lab in the comments.

Central PTO

TCA Central's PTO is here to help parents of The Classical Academy's Central Campus feel connected and informed. Central PTO provides families with opportunities to bless and support the staff and assist the school as it endeavors to shape exemplary citizens.

Central PTO coordinates several fundraising opportunities each year, building community while accomplishing this mission: 

• Spirit wear sales - early fall
• Local restaurant and activity fundraisers throughout the year
  • Lulu's Frozen Yogurt on September 19, 2025 (raised $1,100!)
  • AirCity 360 on November 14, 2025
  • Watch your weekly TCA Central email newsletter for these and other fundraising events. 

These fundraisers meet classroom and campus needs and encourage Central staff. Over-and-above funds raised often support TCA's Annual Fund at the end of the school year, by vote of the PTO.

Donations of Food, Gifts & Time

PTO's Sunshine Committee and Room Parents in each grade regularly coordinate meals, snacks, and birthday and holiday gifts for Central teachers. If you would prefer to contribute in this way, that's great! Sign up for your children's class email lists and the PTO email to stay informed.

Library Adopt-a-Book

The Adopt-a-Book event is a wonderful opportunity, offered in conjunction with Grandparents' Day in September each year, for TCA Grandparents to support TCA Central's library. If you would like to adopt a book outside of the Grandparents' Day timeframe, please contact Librarian Cynthia Curtis. 

Service Run

Each year, Central students actively help to raise funds for TCA's Titans Give nonprofit partner through a Service Run in October. View this year's Titans Give partnership>>

Project TCA

Project TCA is a parent-led group building community in and supporting TCA East Elementary. Project TCA maximizes passive fundraising for TCA East and provides parents with opportunities to contribute time, food and supplies to support and encourage East Elementary Staff.

North Elementary PTO

North Elementary PTO meets classroom needs, builds relationships between staff and families, and creates fun community experiences at North. The PTO leads four fundraisers each year, and funds raised above and beyond the needs of North Elementary often benefit TCA's Annual Fund, by a vote of the PTO at the end of the school year.
