Field Day Volunteers Needed

FIELD DAY is just around the corner! All events will be held on Tuesday, May 19^th. 4th - 6th grades will be having their field day events from 12:30pm - 3:20pm!! We are excited about this fun day full of activity.

Many parent volunteers are needed to run the stations and/or donate supplies! If you are CLEARED TO VOLUNTEER and are available, please click on the link below to sign up!

If the weather is poor, we will hold a modified event inside the gym. Volunteers will not be needed.

Monday 5/18: (Staff and Students ONLY) 

Dodgeball games in the gym, Kings Deer Golf Field Trip, and pizza lunch

Tuesday 5/19: FIELD DAY (PARENTS ARE WELCOME) 

PM: 6th grade field day- parents are more than welcome to come watch. If you would like to volunteer, Coach Kuyper would LOVE IT, but you need to be approved. Keep a look out for a sign-up from Coach Kuyper.

Wednesday 5/20:  

8:15am: run through the halls (PARENTS ARE WELCOME) Parents should line the specials hall on both sides from music to art. 

8:15-8:45am: final assembly (PARENTS ARE WELCOME) 

8:45- 9:45: Yearbook signing time in the courtyard  (Staff and Students ONLY)

10-11am: end of year parties (PARENTS ARE WELCOME) 

11am-12pm: LAST RECESS out on the field (PARENTS ARE WELCOME)                

12-12:15pm: Please ensure your student goes BACK to their classroom (Staff and students ONLY) for a final goodbye with their teacher and class. You can pick them up at dismissal at 12:15!
