Wreaths Across America

As TCA continues to support the Wreaths Across America Program for the 7th year, there are several ways you can participate. TCA Families can donate a wreath to be placed at Memorial Gardens Cemetery (deadline Nov. 30th) or volunteer for the wreath laying ceremony on Saturday, December 17th. Wreaths Across America’s motto is REMEMBER – HONOR – TEACH.  More specifically, REMEMBER our Fallen U.S. Veterans.  HONOR those who serve. TEACH your children the value of Freedom.

Their motto fits in perfectly with our TCA Core Values Root statement below:


We believe in the self-evident truths as found in the Declaration of Independence “…that all men are

created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these

are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

♦ We value the fact that freedom isn’t free and honor the sacrifices made by the men and women who

serve or have served in the Armed Forces.

♦ We value our responsibilities even above our rights when it comes to serving our fellow man and seek to

foster a culture of service to others, both inside and outside of the TCA community.

♦ We value cultivating virtuous character and each citizen’s responsibility to uphold the Constitution and Bill

of Rights of the United States of America.

♦ We value personal economic liberty expressed through altruistic, free enterprise economic systems.

The High School Student Council and NHS Club support this organization as one of their Community Outreach Projects by raising funds through a JH and HS Cash for Casual. We will present our # of Wreaths, including any wreaths purchased from any TCA campus,  to Memorial Gardens at our Veterans Day Assembly on Friday, November 11. Our NHS and STUCO students will also volunteer at the Wreath Laying event on Saturday, December 17.
