NCAA ELIGIBILITY

To be certified to play sports at the division I or II levels, you must do the following:

Become familiar with the Prospective Student-Athlete Guidelines as posted on the Clearinghouse website at www.eligibilitycenter.org
- Register with the NCAA Clearinghouse by completing the on-line form at www.eligibilitycenter.org during the 2nd semester of your juNior year in high school.
- Turn in transcript request forms and ACT/SAT testing subscore forms to the TCA Registrar for the mailing of official transcripts and ACT or SAT scores.
- Take an ACT and an SAT second semester of junior year. Earn a grade point average of at least 2.3 in core classes completed during grades 9-12. Only approved TCA classes can be used to calcutlate the GPA.
- Earn specific scores on the ACT or SAT based on your cumulative GPA.
